Just like in years passed, 2008 will once again see the Samsung Euro Championship happening at the world’s largest information technology tradeshow, the CeBIT in Hanover. And things are going to kick off with a bang: More than 200 players representing more than 30 nations will compete for cash prizes totalling US$ 100.000 and of course the sought after title of SEC-Champion.

Thanks to main sponsor and namesake corporation Samsung Electronics, Hall 22 will yet again act as the backdrop to this and other very special events, none of which are limited to eSports, but involve all kinds of entertainment to the public and fans.
